Demo mode plays the loaded script as a simulated program feed — word-timed transcription, SOT pauses, and one off-script ad-lib to exercise the follower's word-pair re-sync recovery. Speed control lives in the live transcript panel.

IN THIS DEMO the first three stages are replaced by a scripted feed — there is no microphone access and no transcription service. Everything downstream of the transcript is the real engine.

Script Follower has no audio of its own — it tracks purely off the sf:pos/sf:cue stream this hub broadcasts, so transcription accuracy here is what drives its cue timing.
